Created with it’s very own unique double crunch batter that holds it’s golden colour in bain maries for longer, Cracker Boyz is perfect for the traditional eateries that no longer have the time nor the space to slice and batter their own PCs’.

Place frozen Potato cakes in fryer basket and drop into preheated vegetable oil at 175°C - 180°C. Cook for 3.5-4.5 minutes until golden in colour. Shake basket to remove excess oil. When cooking 1 potato cake at a time, supervise cooking times so product is not overcooked. For best Results always DEEP FRY FROM FROZEN
All cooking appliances may vary. Please adjust cooking times accordingly. Ensure product is fully cooked prior to serving.
Preheat oven and oven tray to 230°C (210°C fan forced) for 10 minutes. Spread frozen Potato Cakes in a single layer on the tray and have potato cakes evenly spread. Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 5-7 minutes or until product is golden in colour.
